Vibration testing simulates the vibration conditions that a product might experience during its lifetime but under a controlled and repeatable test environment. Vibration tests are conducted in an accredited vibration testing lab to ensure that finished products can perform safely during operation or transit and to avoid unexpected performance issues or early failure during use. Because products spend their lifetime in different environments and these environments exhibit unique vibration profiles, our vibration testing services are tailored to fit each unique environment with specific vibration control profiles.
We have over 20 years of extensive experience in vibration testing services and our vibration testing lab features electro-dynamic systems with multiple shakers that can replicate low and high-frequency conditions. Your vibration testing can be completed while the product is in operation, including electrically and hydraulically and this can be performed in combination with temperature extremes.

Vibration Testing Lab Capabilities
At Paragon Systems, our vibration testing services capabilities are structured to give you confidence that your test program will be successfully completed on-time and on budget. Our vibration test laboratory features multiple high force electrodynamic vibration tables which can test to a wide range of frequencies, amplitudes and control spectrums such as sine, random, sine-on-random or narrow band random-on random with multiple channels for monitoring accelerometers.
If you have a HALT reliability testing requirements, our vibration testing lab has the capability to combine a rapid temperature ramping environment along with vibration testing with our AGREE chamber which can achieve temperature transition rates as high as 20°C per minute.
