Our Depew, New York address is a shipping and receiving point for United States clients. It is not a testing facility — samples sent here are forwarded to our laboratories in Canada.
The reason it exists is customs. US manufacturers can ship to a domestic address instead of arranging a cross-border shipment themselves, which removes the brokerage paperwork and the delays that usually come with it. If you are in the northeastern US and have been putting off a test programme because of the border, this is the address to use.
